Un-id'd gold weapons are valuable in GW because people following the wisdom title track get points for id'ing them. Many farmers will sell 7 gold weapons for about 5k.

Make sure you have lockpicks with you at all times, also its easier to farm them and sell all at one time instead of each run. Kamadan and Rata are the best places to sell.
